¡Hola! Hello guys, it's ya boi Ano.
oh wait, wrong introduction.
I'm pretty sure all of you like the new Flying Scoutsman Mode introduced with the Operation Hydra.
In this little Guide I'll show you, how you can play this mode offline (in case you want to play with friends on a private Server or train against Bots).
Playing with Friends This sections was written after the update at the end of Operation Hydra, where "Flying Scoutsman" has been added to the offcial game modes.
This step is only required to read if you have friends.
So I guess 90% can skip that section.
For the HostYou should have a good PC equipment because else the game will be lagging.
In the Main Menu, click on "Play with Friends"
Change the permissions to "Friends need Invites", this will trigger the game to start a local Server instead of joining a public Server
Go into the Game Settings, go to the "Common" Tab, after this, go to the "War Games" Tab and select (only) Flying ScoutsmanNow invite your friends because they can't join by themselves.
And you're ready to go.
Note: If you want to change the map (mid game), just open your console (how to enable and open it is explained in this guide) and type changelevel <<name of map>> e.
changelevel cs_assaultYou can also use "changelevel2" instead, I don't know the difference.
For the FriendsJust wait until you receive an Invite from your friend which is hosting the local Server and join him.
Playing on the new Map 'Dizzy'
First, you can play this mode on any map.
In case you want to play it with the new map bound to it (Dizzy), you can start it for now only over the Console.
Just open the Console and enter changelevel ar_dizzy and the Map will be loaded.
PS: You might play the map once online to play it offline, it might be not installed by default.
The Code Now the most important part, the console commands for the Flying Scoutsman Mode.
I would recommend you to save the following code in a CS: GO Config File
cfg file, e.
cfg") that you can easily execute everything with one command: exec name-of-your-config-file
Here the Data to paste into your Editor (Notepad, Notepad++, etc.
sv_cheats 1 sv_gravity 230 weapon_accuracy_nospread 1 weapon_recoil_scale 2.
0 weapon_recoil_scale_motion_controller 1.
0 weapon_recoil_view_punch_extra 0.
055 mp_t_default_primary weapon_ssg08 mp_t_default_melee weapon_knife mp_t_default_secondary "" mp_ct_default_primary weapon_ssg08 mp_ct_default_melee weapon_knife mp_ct_default_secondary "" mp_maxmoney 0 mp_restartgame 1
Save the file into the cfg-folder of CS: GO, the default location for it is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg
PS: I did no assume those Values, I checked them in an online game of Flying Scoutsman.
Disclaimer / FAQ Can I get VAC'd for using this?
Even there is sv_cheats 1, you won't get VAC'd just for using / executing this Script, not even when you execute it on a VAC Secured Server.
Is VAC an instrument?
No Patrick, VAC ist not an instrument.
It's a non-working System which should prevent Hacker from Hacking.
Volvo is not an instrument either.
It's a Swedish luxury vehicle manufacturer.
Why do you write those unfunny things?
It's my Guide, deal with it.

Update #1 (2017-06-03) According to Steam User CWorldEnder, Valve already provides a config-File for the new Flying Scoutsman Mode, just load a map and then type into console:
exec op08_flying_scoutsmanfollowed by a mp_restartgame 1 to apply the changes.
This config file
supports bunny-hopping (sv_enablebunnyhopping 1),
changes the air accelerate (sv_airaccelerate 477) and
limits the maximum speed to 420 (blaze it ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) (sv_maxspeed 420)
This (op08_flying_scoutsman) is of course the official config for this mode, so I recommend using it over mine because it will be automatically updated by Valve.
The only negative thing I could imagine is, that the config file could get deleted after the operation or that the mode will be changed by Valve sometimes later in a negative way.
Shoutout and Credit goes to CWorldEnder for sharing the information!
Time to say Goodbye If I got something wrong or something is missing, tell me and I'll add it to the Guide.
Thanks for your Attention and Have Fun at Sniping.
