Aim training

This workshop map is meant to improve your general aim: http://steamcommunity.
com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=243702660 Purpose:Shoot multiple bots while aiming for headshots to improve muscle memory and raw aiming capabilities.
When starting up the map:Choose Terrorist side then press the use key on Fix/add bots.
After doing that look on upwards, you're supposed to press the use key on the smallest green line on 3 of the 4 groups.
Now there is only one section you can focus on instead of spinning around 360 degrees to shoot the bots.
Recommended duration:Choose an ak47 then get 100 headshot kills with that gun.
Once that task is finished, use an M4A4 or M4A1-S and get 100 headshot kills.

Final thoughts

This warmup is boringWell♥♥♥♥♥♥ if you didn't know already theres something called music.
Open up soundcloud or collect a playlist from your computer to listen to music.
It helps to ease your mind while passing the time for warming up The moment we've all been waiting forOnce you're completely finished with the warm up drills that were mentioned in this guide, start a competitive match! Be sure not to get too burnt out by the game by taking daily breaks.
Personally, I love to take a 1-2 hour break after playing two competitive matches in a row.
Once I am done taking a break I'll be hopping back in competitive again with a more clear and focused mind! I hope you guys enjoyed my guide as I was really bored and made this on my own time.
